Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are not happy with services performed, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns and make nail repairs if necessary.
Nails Fix Policy
We will fix your nails free of charge within the first week if needed. Please call our salon at 610-769-4488 or email us at info@nailsvv.com for more information.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you anticipate that you will not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please let us know ahead of time as soon as possible to avoid any no show or cancellation fees. See below for our cancellation policy.

Cancel 12 hours before appointment - No cancellation fee.

Cancel within 12 hours before appointment - 30% cost of services fee.

No show - 40% cost of services fee will be applied to your next bill.
Walk-in Policy
We do our best to accept all walk-ins, but often our nail technicians are completely booked for the entire day. To ensure someone will be available to do your nails, please call us at 610-769-4488 before stopping by. Otherwise we cannot guarantee we will be able to assist you without a prior appointment.
